Long before "podcasting" was a household term, Kevin was pioneering the space, evolving the shows simulcast into a podcast and offering real-time advice to investors navigating their own real estate investing challenges.
From the early days of terrestrial radio to becoming one of the first programs to offer an internet simulcast, Kevin has always stayed ahead of the curve.
